Unable to download metrics using DEXTER

**Describe the bug**
Since, DEXTER stated that SAML and LDAP Authentication doesn't support what is an alternative which can be used to download metrics that support OKTA authenticated Account.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://xxxxxx.saas.appdynamics.com/'
2. Click on 'XXXX' and provide a third party username and password for the identity provider
3. post-login unable to download metrics as stated 401 unauthorized
4. See an error

returned 401 (Unauthorized)

Start by reproducing the `./AppDynamics.Dexter --job-file ...` command against the reported OKTA-authenticated account and review the execution logs using the Log-Files wiki page. Investigate why metrics requests return 401 after login; done means identifying a supported authentication path or documenting the required alternative for downloading metrics.
