Missing Power BI Templates in latest Windows Release

**Describe the bug**
Folder for Power BI Templates has Tableau templates

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Dev\AppDynamics.DEXTER-full-win-20.8\PowerBITemplates'
2. Notice that all files have twb extensions, not pbit extensions
3. Notice that the files in the PowerBITemplates folder are the same as those in the sibling TableauTemplates folder

**Expected behavior**
Folder should have PBI templates, not Tableau templates

Start by inspecting the release path Dev\AppDynamics.DEXTER-full-win-20.8\PowerBITemplates and compare it with the sibling TableauTemplates folder. Confirm where these packaged files originate, then ensure the PowerBITemplates release folder contains Power BI .pbit files rather than Tableau .twb files.
