Description

In order to increase transparency for users of AppImageHub and protect users from malicious apps, we should introduce [anti features](https://f-droid.org/wiki/page/AntiFeatures) like the [F-Droid free software app](https://f-droid.org) store for Android.

They have a sane and complete list of anti features that fits desktop apps, too. I'd suggest to copy their list of anti feature descriptions (there must be a list of translatable strings, as it is localized). We can then map them from the description files.

The problem is that those probably have to be maintained by hand, and cannot be auto detected. @probonopd would it be a problem if we maintained that by hand? Your scripts would have to respect existing anti features when updating the meta descriptions.
