[FR] Option to Stop Charging Connected Devices

# The Problem
When using usb tethering with my phone my mac also charges the phone. Often this leads to my mac dying while my phone is at 100%.
While the mac is on a charger this is a non issue, but on the go it turns into a considerable issue since it will drain my macs battery much faster, leaving me with a phone at 100% and a dead mac regularly.
The mac is mission critical unlike my phone so this would be a very powerful feature.

# The Solution
A manual 'stop charging' button when a device is connected and getting charged by the mac.
A rule to automatically stop charging the connected device if its in usb tethering, data transfer, midi, webcam etc. mode, if the mac is on battery power.
(the stop charging button changes to a start charging button)

# Alternatives
I've searched far and wide on both phone and mac side for a solution, with no avail.
The only option is to use bluetooth tethering or hotspot, which is slower, less stable and drains both devices batteries considerably faster.
