Cannot see Aldente in MacOS Tahoe post installation

**MacBook (please complete the following information):**
- MacBook Model (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201608): Macbook Air M1 with 16 GB
- macOS Version (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201260): Tahoe 26.0
- Charger Model (Apple, Third Party, Wattage,...): Apple
- Charging Cable (MagSafe 2, MagSafe 3, USB-C, Apple, Third Party,...): USB-C
- AlDente Pro or AlDente Free: AlDente Free (but I have a license, was going to upgrade)
- AlDente Version: 1.35.1

- External Monitor connected? Yes
- MacBook used in Clamshell Mode (with the lid closed)? No

**Describe the bug**
I had uninstalled my previous installation of AlDente Pro using Appcleaner and downloaded a new one. The new one was the Free one (as in the website, I did not find any button that says "already purchased"), thinking I would upgrade it then.

But after installation, I got greeted by the welcome screen and at at the same time, an upgrade message. I clicked on upgrade, and then "install + relaunch". After that, it does not show up anymore. In menu bar or the full UI (welcome screen, as I had never finished it).

It only shows up in the dock as in the screenshot. I also tried downloading from the github releases page. Same result.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Download AlDente.
2. Install it and during the welcome screen, If upgrade message comes, click on it.
3. After upgrade, try to open it again

**Expected Behavior**
AlDente showing up and working.
