[FR] Select embed programmatically

I need to select a custom embed on right clicking the embed. Currently, selection is only active on click. How can I achieve this?

I am using a context menu to edit and delete the embed. after edit, a new embed is created instead of replacing the current one. However, when I first click to select the embed then the edit works normally. I need to automatically select an embed merely by right clicking the node
