[FR] add description and information about properties

### Description

Please add the ability to describe / add information to properties in DBs.
this would help a lot in communicating each property's use case to all my team members.

### Impact

currently, DBs with many properties are confusing and property use cases need to be explained directly one team member at a time and this causes a lot of confusion / wasted time.
