[Bug] Mapped cursor moves do not work

### Bug Description

In keyboards without cursor keys, it is very handy to map cursor moves to other key combinations. However, these cursor mappings do not work in AppFlowy editors.

### How to Reproduce

1. Map `Alt Gr + A` to `Left` in keyboard settings in Linux.
2. Write text in any AppFlowy editor.
3. Press `Alt Gr + A` to move the cursor to the left position.
3.1. The cursor is not moved.

### Expected Behavior

1. Map `Alt Gr + A` to `Left` in keyboard settings in Linux.
2. Write text in any AppFlowy editor.
3. Press `Alt Gr + A` to move the cursor to the left position.
3.1. The cursor is moved.
