[FR] Pasting an entire line behavior

### Description

On VSCode, the pasting an entire line shortcut (after copying an entire line or cutting an entire line) pastes the line above the currently selected line. In AppFlowy, this pastes the line in the current cursor position. It'd be great if we could have this same behavior. Another example is in vim, where dd and then p would paste the line in a separate line
