[Bug] cannot open in windows with 2+ screen

### Bug Description

I still having this issue when use 2 screen (laptop + external screen via HDMI)
I see app is in 2 screen and not display GUI

when I trying to change *project setting* from *extend* to *PC or secondary screen only* and reopen Appflowy.

I still cannot open app
**so, I try to open app with shortcut `windows + arrow key`
app will display in screen, and I change project setting to extend, It still working**

debug with windows 2 screen

### Expected Behavior

i want appflowy working normaly with 2 screen

windows 11 home build 22631
