[FR] Enclosing highlighted text with symbols.

### Description

We should be able to enclose highlighted text into a symbol we insert.

### Impact

Document editor users.

### Additional Context

Highlighting a text and tapping a character (parenthesis, curly brackets, angle brackets, underline, tilde, tick, asterisk, greater/less than signs etc.) we should have that character surrounding the highlighted text from both sides.
