[Bug] Multi-line content in text-field type cells rendering isn't great

### Bug Description

If a text cell is edited in the row detail page such that it spans multiple lines, on the grid it doesn't ellide indicating that it overflows, and the editing experience isn't great directly from the grid.

Reproduce the issue on Android or iOS by editing a text-field cell from the row detail page so its content spans multiple lines, then inspect the grid rendering and direct editing experience. Done means overflowing text is visibly ellipsized in the grid and editing the cell there provides the improved UX described in the issue.
