[Bug]: 安卓手机阅读选中单个文字不拖动光标，选中菜单不出现。

### Describe the bug|描述问题

在安卓手机阅读时，遇到单个生僻字选中单个字时不会自动显示选中菜单，需要拖动光标后才能显示。

### To reproduce|重现步骤

1. 打开电子书
2. 按住一个字选中
3. 选中后不进行拖拽
4. 看到错误 不显示选中菜单

### Expected behavior|预期行为

1. 打开电子书
2. 按住一个字选中
3. 选中后不进行拖拽
4. 看到选中菜单
