Set change while held on a distance threshold.

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

No, the suggested enhancement would allow for triggering a set change while held to a distance threshold. For instance, assign a modifier button like Alt, to the first 80% of the axis, but if held down past 80%, it would temporarily switch sets. This is currently not an option.

Another option in the Advanced Assignments drop down list for "Set Change While Held".

### Describe alternatives you've considered

The alternatives are to use another button, or switch sets one way. This would be far more elegant and allow a skilled operator to assign multiple hot sets to one modifier axis.

### Additional context

The current "Set Change" option does not take effect until releasing the trigger. This option should trigger the set change upon tripping the threshold. While the temporary set is active, the triggering 'button' needs to be ignored in the temporary set.
