Button press when joystick is inside deadzone

Inside the L Stick R stick windows, there should be an option to give a keystroke when the joystick is inside the deadzone.

I’ve tried to manipulate the 3x3 grid of the ddr game using different joystick sets binded to keys on my controller but it’s just so difficult to play that way

### Additional context

I’m trying to play stepmania Pump it Up but I can’t hit the center button in that game easily without this feature.
