### Current Behavior

![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/24785136/152557715-a09ac387-825c-4215-8b3b-9ff55a76b6f8.png)
(administrator prompt wouldn't let me take a screenshot, but it's basically running osk.exe as administrator. antimicrox isn't even running as administrator!)

### Expected Behavior

the program would run as a normal user

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Assign a custom Exec bind to a button to `osk.exe`
2. Test it out! You will find it will try to launch it as administrator.

### Environment

```markdown
- OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Education 10.0.19043 Build 19043
- AntiMicroX version: 3.2.1
```
