Inserting cycles does not work properly

### Current Behavior

Inserting cycles does not work properly in ver. 3.6.0

### Expected Behavior

Each time I press "Insert" it should insert a cycle

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Press "Y" button
2. Select "Keyboard"
3. Click "Advanced"
4. Select "Assignments"
5. Select "Cycle"
6. New slot
7. Click "Insert"

### Environment
