Allow Direct Run CLI Commands in Execute Field

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If no executable is selected, it probably should be allowed to run as a direct shell command (althought it might be wise to show a notify-send or platform agnostic non-dialog notification) for an empty executable.

### Describe the solution you'd like

Go to Executable
type notify-send "TEST" or some other command
press button
it runs on the system as a direct command
