D-pad right not registering

### Current Behavior

The right button on the D-pad isnt registering as an input/being seen by the program. I've verified that it isnt a controller issue using steam. i can't verify if the issue is the same on other controllers, I am using an Xbox 1 S controller.

the D-pad input is seen
