Controller order keeps Switching order

### Current Behavior

Hello everyone. I've been trying to use this app. but every time i plug in the controllers they are in different order. most of the time controller for player 1 is player 2 . I'm using a Pacto tech 2 player board. this board alone with windows never changes order. for some reason with Antimicrox it does. even with joytokey it never changer order. help how can we fix this?

### Expected Behavior

Pacto Tech 2000T- 2 Player Control Interface player 1 should always be player 1 in AntimicroX and player 2 always player 2.
