Not registering inputs when clicking off AntiMicroX

- [x] I searched the existing issues and did not find anything similar.

### Current Behavior

When i connect a thrustmaster 458 (xbox 1 steering wheel), it detects it perfectly, but when i click off it stops registering anything from the controller. Within the program it does detect and activate the binds, but it doesnt work outside the program

### Expected Behavior

When i open the program and set my binds, i expect it to keep registering the controller outside the program

### Steps To Reproduce

Open as administrator
Connect steering wheel
set binds
click on any other application

### Environment

Version 3.5.1
Windows 11 Home
64-bit operating system

(i am not building it myself)
```

### Anything else?

This is the only program that properly detects this wheel.
