App doesnt keep settings

### Current Behavior

I have a problem with keeping settings. I set start with windows and quit to tray options and when i click ok and go to settings again random oprions are off. The gamepad profil is empty too sometimes and I need to laod it again from file.

### Expected Behavior

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to settings
2. Turn on "Start with Windows"
3. Click ok
4. Go to settings
5. Click ok
6. Go to settings
7. "Start with Windows" is disabled
