Flatpak version doesn't detect my Leo Bodnar MicroBBI anymore

### Current Behavior

Version 3.5.1 is starting normally, despite showing in the Terminal (on log level verbose) the following error message.
`Failed to load module "xapp-gtk3-module"`
It detects my Thrustmaster T16000M, but is does not detect anymore my Leo Bodnar Micro Button Box Interface which is working fine with version 3.14 from the Linux Mint respositories.
I remember experiencing this quite some time before, hence why is did stick with the old version so far.
BTW also this Steam virtual controller is also affected by this issue, but there is realy no need to configure that with Antimicro.


### Expected Behavior

I would like to my MicroBBI with the newest version. Therefore it needs to detect it again.

I just start the program.
