steering wheel as left arrow works only with odd-numbered rotatings

### Current Behavior

When the steering wheel rotates to the left, pressing the "left" arrow is transmitted with skips - only the odd turn works. Everything is fine when rotating to the right.
In settings mode, the steering wheel responds correctly, only mapping does not work.

### Expected Behavior

Logitech momo steering wheel. Windows 10.

### Steps To Reproduce

Connect steering wheel.
Goto settings, axis 1.
Select mapping to arrows: left-right.
