Add ability to Use Dpad as a .. Switcher

Like "I need it to tap f10 and f12 If i press Dpad-Up After Any Other Non Dpad-Up Dpad buttons was pressed before And Vice-versa (If any other Non Dpad-Up Dpad button is pressed after Dpad-Up was pressed()".
Make some simple rule maker to be able to create Any possible combination of these And use Multiple of them At the same time, And it will be just great!

Add Check button "Switcher" that will then Open the panel With list of created combinations And the graphic representation of the dpad (like u did before), And if u interact with it (by pressing the dpad buttons) - button "add Off switches" will appear, while U can still choose the primary switches, but If u press it - The button and The dpad buttons pressed before Should Freeze, and U can choose the Switches that should Be contrary (will trigger the action If pressed After the dpad buttons chosen before) to the list of dpad buttons u choose before )
And then After u chose at least 1 Off switch - Button "Add combination" should replace the button "add Off switches", and It will open the dialog of setting the actions for pressing button (just like if the combination itself is a button, that is triggered Only in specific conditions that utilizes the ability to remember the order of the dpad buttons pressed). And then After u set the actions and saved them - the new item in the list is created for the combination, which can be represented as a text label with "switch dpad button (DPAD-UP, DPAD-DOWN), ... - switch Off dpad button (DPAD-LEFT, DPAD-RIGHT), ..."
(example that i wanted to make before Will look smtng like this then:
