Crash when setting to auto load previous profile is enabled on Windows 10

- [X] I searched the existing issues and did not find anything similar.

### Current Behavior

- Create a profile
- Save it
- Enable setting to load previous profile when the app starts
- Close the app
- Open it
- App crashes

### Expected Behavior

Should load previous profile and not crash.

### Steps To Reproduce

In the video, I do the following:

- Open the app
- Pick the desired controller to map keys to
- Load a profile I made prior to the video
- Loads correctly
- Go to settings
- Enable setting to load previous profile when the app starts
- Close the app
- Open it again
- App crashes
- I edit settings with Notepad and disable load previous profile when the app starts
- I open the app again
- Does not crash anymore

### Anything else?

It also detects 2 N64 Brawler controllers when in fact only one is plugged in for some reason.
