Deletion of downloaded episodes in newer versions keeps happening, even when everything is disabled for that matter.

### Steps to reproduce

Download episodes for several podcasts.

Attempt to listen to them a couple of months later.

All the options to automatically delete episodes are turned off, and only manual downloads are done.

### Expected behaviour

The episodes don't give a read error, the file still exists and I am able to listen to them, regardless of how many months have taken between download and me actually wanting to listen to them.

### Current behaviour

Episode appears to be available as download, the interface given an error that the file wasn't found, thus breaking the whole listening process.

I have also tracked down several closed issues about this situation, yet I keep experimenting the same, even though the issues are supposed to be fixed.
