Improve design of list item (episode)

### Where did you get the app from

### Problem you may be having, or feature you want

The list items across the app are quite dense. It doesn't feel quite Material Design compliant.

### Suggested solution

Tweak the design of the list items. For example: add some padding, give some (Material You) colour to certain elements.

Nice to have: introduce a 'dense lists' setting which allows displaying more list items in a given screen space (same or maybe just less than what we have now).
