Repeated chapters

### Steps to reproduce

1. Subscribe to the [Accidental Tech Podcast](https://atp.fm/rss).
2. Download and play [episode 520](https://atp.fm/520) "Bananas Ingestion System".
3. Open the chapters list.
4. Scroll to the middle of the chapters list.

### Expected behaviour

The chapters should be listed once each, with positive durations.

### Current behaviour

The list of chapters is repeated, so the list is like chapter 1, chapter 2, chapter 3, chapter 1, chapter 2, chapter 3. Specifically in this episode, in the middle of the list, the last chapter "Post-show: iPad use" is followed by the first chapter "'New' music" and all the others again.

The first instance of the last chapter (the one in the middle of the chapter list) reports a duration of "-56 minutes" (note that the whole podcast is 2h9m and the first and last chapters are 13 minutes each, so I have no idea where -56 minutes comes from).

The audio plays as it should. This is only a display bug.

Some other episodes of this podcast have the same bug and some do not. So far I've only seen the bug on this podcast. Episode 518: okay; 519: bug; 520: bug; 521: okay; 522: okay.
