Antennapod adds all old episodes matching new filter to queue

### Steps to reproduce

1. Have a podcast with auto download and a filter
2. Change the filter so it includes more episodes

### Expected behaviour

Antennapod should start downloading new episodes matching the new filter

### Current behaviour

Antennapod adds all old episodes matching the new filter to the queue, in my case filling the queue with nearly a thousand episodes. If you remove all the episodes from the queue, it just readds them.
