I am not sure if the file is using something specific to Quarto Markdown _or_ of the file can just be renamed from index.qmd to index.md

At any rate, currently there is a broken link. Two possible solutions. May be there is a third better idea.

Open nbs/index.qmd at the referenced line and inspect the link that points to nbs/index.md. Confirm the current filename and update the broken reference so it resolves to the intended page; done means the website link no longer points at the nonexistent path.
