The name is too specific

"LLM" seems like an uninteresting technicality, when the problem it is intended to address is well known: severely limited ability to comprehend and correctly evaluate information.

We should on one hand perhaps not assume that LLMs will always suffer from this limitation, but more importantly I think that we should not assume that a client suffering from this limitation is an LLM. Many more could benefit from having information presented to them in this simplified way, and we shouldn't assume that they are machines at all. I suggest that the resource is instead placed at `/idiots.txt` which reflects the more general category to which LLMs currently belong with respect to this limitation, together with other automated systems and humans.

Review the existing /llms.txt resource and the proposed /idiots.txt path described in the issue. First determine whether the project intends to rename the resource or revise its audience and terminology; done would require an agreed naming direction and corresponding project-wide documentation updates.
