UI for creating/saving loot lists

Hello,

This mod has a lot of great flexibility like being able to set the starting location, or the ai unit lists for opfor waves. This allows for alot of flexibility for years to come.

A nice addition would be to have a UI that would allow for easy editing of the loot tables. It would be nice to customize what items are available and save those away. This will be really helpful when loading mods and customizing which weapons show up in the tables.

Ideally it would be great to somehow scrape a mod or faction and pick out the weapons available.
