Add a rescue and extract pilot special wave

- Should probably turn off the enforce area so that they can get an LZ.
- Pilot needs to join player group UNTIL they are near the aircraft and it is landed. Then he should automatically board it and leave
- Players could have to mark the LZ using the support menu, but this would also have to account for if everyone had the max number of supports in the menu. If you can find out how many are present and possibly its class, could just replace the oldest one in the menu with the extract support and then store the old one in the shop. Or, could just mark a random extraction location on the map as close as possible to the bulwark.
