Feature Request: Native Biometric Hardware Support (Fingerprint & Face Scan

Hi AnduinOS Team,

I recently installed AnduinOS because I really like the clean, Windows-like desktop experience you have built. However, I am currently facing a major blocker that makes it almost impossible for me to use the OS as my daily driver: the lack of built-in GUI support for biometric authentication (fingerprint reading and face scan unlock).

My hardware relies heavily on fingerprint and camera recognition for logging in, unlocking the screen, and approving administrative tasks. On Windows, this works seamlessly out of the box with Windows Hello.

Right now on Linux, setting up fingerprint readers and facial recognition requires tweaking PAM modules, editing system configuration files, or setting up tools like Howdy and fprintd through the terminal. For a regular user like me, this is difficult to configure and breaks very easily when updates occur. Because I rely on biometrics to access my system smoothly, not having this feature built into the system settings stops me from using AnduinOS completely.

It would mean a lot if you could consider adding native biometric support directly into the AnduinOS Settings/Control Panel:

1. A GUI menu to register fingerprints and face scans easily.
2. Direct integration with the login screen, lock screen, and system authorization (sudo) popups.

Adding this would make AnduinOS fully usable for people like me who rely on biometric hardware every day. Thank you for all your hard work!

Start by reviewing AnduinOS Settings/Control Panel and the existing login, lock-screen, and sudo authorization paths. Assess how fprintd, Howdy, and PAM are currently supported, then define completion as GUI enrollment for fingerprints and face scans plus working integration across those three authentication contexts.
