[BUG]: crash with the last version of sodium beta

- [X] I have checked that my JVM supports Faster Random 3.0.0+.

### Issue description.

.The new version of faster random is not compatiable on 1.21.1 with sodium beta.

### Issue replication.

1- install sodium and faster random and it crashes on launch
