App Styles: Remove css reset

The CSS reset is trumping styles in apps, which is: bad.

I think we should just remove reset altogether since it doesn't make much sense in a component library. Any resetting that is necessary for components to look/behave properly should be done on those components, and anything beyond that should be left up to whoever is using Blaze.
