Remove plating from vias separating both boards

Plating on vias works as reinforcement instead of weakening PCB. This should not be the case.

Also, perhaps boards could be separated by edge cuts with one or two small bridges with non-plated holes for additional weakening. V-cut is an additional cost on board houses, so I'd like to avoid using them.
