説明
Goal:
The Coach App views and Tools should always be in sync
Issue:
a TeamSeason that was added to the system recently and visible in Coach App did not appear in the Tools until the page was manually refreshed. Most users will not think/know to do this and will only see it rarely
Expectation:
When the Tools Load, they should populate with fresh data and what appears in the Coach App and Tools should be in sync.
