### Goal:
Legally it's good to have a record of the signature
### Requirements:
1. A Camera button is shown (mobile)
2. An Upload button is shown (Desktop/Laptop)
3. Image is uploaded and new Waiver History is created
4. If an image has already been uploaded on the latest waiver history record then this is show in the same place as the waiver date.
- Multiple waiver history records in the same season for a student is acceptable. The latest record is always the one displayed in Apps
