Incident Reports can be dictated and stored via a quick link from the Coach App, etc.

### Goal:
Situations may arise where a timely report is needed for insurance, etc. Coaches need to access this instantly and SCORES needs their own records for later communications.

### Examples:
- Concussion Protocol
- Paramedic Call

In each case Coach would hit a quick button on the Coach App which would open the form selector directly via built-in Web browser.
Additional info such as numbers for support, etc.

Some content such as training and support materials are also on SCORESU and would be linked from the first page
