Story:
Presently students being added via Quick-Reg are saved without gender info and this turns out to be critical for reporting before a full reg form or waiver is due
Suggestion:
An optional widget in the same line as the name allows the coach to select gender with one tap/click
(design should allow for no selection and also a "decline to state" option)
