API Support Needed Data Change Inspection through an LLM Interface

**Objective**
A user can ask about "recent changes" to the DB and evaluate whether there might be an error and also the likely intention of the change.

**Examples**
A check after completing a training on attendance taking in the Coach App...
- "My goal was to complete updating attendance for my week's sessions"
- "you missed one session"

**Additional context**
To-Do's are part of the prompt and onboarding training steps. The Helpbot/Checkbot can read these and verify, coach the user, or even perform them in some cases.

Ownership of To-do's could include Checkbot as an owner and support checks and completions of AI-directed behaviors and tasks/workflows.
