A session on the last day of the season doesn't populate with attendance records automatically and appears empty

**Describe the issue**
The app permits (as well as the backend) for sessions to be created on or after the end of the season END Date.
We should allow for the Sessions to be created with a warning and the Attendance View should detect the need for attendance records to be generated and do so on demand, as it does normally

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Select and Active Team
2. View Sessions
3. Create a session for the last day of the season (e.g. 6/7/2024)
4. Refresh the Session view
5. Select the newly created Session
6. Observe the (empty) view

**Expected behavior**
the list of students enrolled should appear and records created as needed to populate that view and pending POST
