[Bug] (Android) Touch target sizes are not accessible

Touch target sizes are not accessible

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open America Scores Attendance App
2. Click on "Sign in with phone," "cancel" in Login Error dialog window, log in code text field, or on "go back" button at log in
4. Touch targets are not an accessible size

Expected behavior
Touch targets should be an accessible size and appear clickable (look like buttons). Additionally, there should be accessible space between touch targets.
