- [ ] get a list of users and devices where this is being experienced
- [ ] how new is this? (reports are it was better before 11/23)
- [ ] is it varying at all
- [ ] Run a local test
- [ ] check Mule API logs for errors
- [ ] check Salesforce logs for errors/warnings (there are some potential suspects here such as new flows or hidden data conflicts/changes)
