iOS After creating a new session it is too difficult to get that session to appear

sometimes having to change context multiple times. The Pull Down to refresh does not work on the screen that is next in the flow. Not sure if this is a bug in the screen flow or in the view itself but it does not function immediately after creating the session.
Sometimes logging off and on again doesn't help either.
This early in the season core usability issues like this where new coaches have to learn many steps is not acceptable.
We need to improve short term and long-term maybe by evaluating the UX flow
