UX for Anonymous Attendance where Coach App finds an enrollment record

The UX for attendance has two flows:

- Anonymous "headcount" for specific program types
- Student attendance records

It's possible due to how teams are set up in salesforce or program type may change, that the condition arises where both conditions are true.
In this case, the app needs to:
1. Allow input of anonymous attendance
2. Disallow individual attendance tracking
3. Warn the user: "This team is assigned a program type for anonymous attendance reporting but there are enrolled students. You will not be able to track individual students unless the program type is set to allow this. Please contact your admin if you need this changed."

There may be a future program type where both tracked and anonymous attendance are supported. But, not currently.
