Coach can access and assign themselves to other teams from their region and update enrollments and attendance

The Region is a field in the Account object. A coach's region(s) can be determined from by the teams they are assigned to in the current and previous season.

Coaches serve and support other coaches and teams in their region and will occasionally take over a team.

The App needs to provide the coach with the ability to update a team in their region, by permitting them to add themselves as "soccer coach" or "writing coach" or "program coordinator"

User Steps
1. Coach sees other teams in their region in their Team View, easily distinguished as not currently assigned (grey, ordered below the assigned teams)
2. Coach selects a team
3. Coach can view enrollments and attendance
4. Menu option: "Assign myself as a Coach"
5. Dialog: "Select a role to take over"
The list of roles and current assignee coaches appears
6. Coach selects a role
7. Confirmation "You will replace _coachname_ as _role_. Confirm or Cancel"
8. Notification "Assignment Complete"

Future Enhancement: A notification will appear for the displaced coach as well as the other coaches assigned to that team.
