[Design Review] User may start on the Teams or Session views depending on preference

The differing needs of coaches who manage 1-3 teams, typically, and coach supervisors, who may oversee dozens, calls for difference UI/UX.
1- Supervisors need to start with the Teams view and select down to view sessions and rosters
2- Coaches need to start with current sessions and select down to attendance views, 90% of the time
3- All users would appreciate the option to customize their UX

The design research goal:
find a way to let users select which view they prefer to see when they launch the app. Recommendation is to provide this choice on the color customization screen. The app should "remember" the user preference.
This approach is also preferable to controlling the UX view from backoffice/user-role, in this case.
